Director, Paul Saly is a qualified Engineer (B.E Civil) with over 30 years of construction and project management experience. PS Projects’ has coordinated and managed developments in excess of $1B in value. These have included Australia Pacific Airports (Melbourne), Rail Building Infrastructure, Aquatic Centres, Hotels, Casinos, Universities, High Rise Developments, Shopping Centres, Mixed use Developments, Sporting Stadiums, Local, State and Federal Government funded projects

Paul’s breadth of knowledge surpasses most professionals of his calibre. In an industry where changes in practices and legislation occur frequently, Paul is well versed in Local and State Government policies, including those of the Department of Transport, Department of Planning and Community Development and the Department of Sustainable Environment. He has extensive working knowledge of the requirements of the Authorities including power, water and sewer services, gas, Telco and VicRoads. In addition, Paul’s expertise in contract, probity, tender process & negotiation ensures that the best contractors and suppliers are engaged, and that prices are scrutinised, in order to achieve a development’s objective which is to achieve the outcomes: on time and budget and to expectation (quality).
