Paul Saly is a senior executive and civil engineer with more than 30 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure, transport, and building projects. As Director of PSI Projects, Paul provides expert Superintendency services, ensuring that projects are delivered in full compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory obligations.

Paul has acted as Superintendent on complex programs across rail, aviation, civic, and commercial developments, managing multiple stakeholders, contractors, and statutory authorities. He is recognised for his strong governance, commercial discipline, and ability to ensure all works are executed in accordance with the contract, design intent, and safety standards.

His superintendency expertise covers:
• Administering and certifying contracts under AS2124, AS4000, and bespoke forms.
• Assessing progress claims, variations, and extensions of time.
• Managing stakeholder communications and dispute resolution.
• Monitoring contractor performance, compliance, and safety.
• Ensuring timely delivery and protecting client interests.
