The Queen Victoria Retail, Boutique Apartments and Office Development (QV) stands as an iconic mixed-use precinct situated at the very centre of Melbourne’s Central Business District. Spanning an entire city block bordered by Lonsdale Street, Little Lonsdale Street, Swanston Street, and Russell Street, and positioned directly opposite the State Library of Victoria, this project marked a challenging and high-profile transformation of one of Melbourne’s most pivotal urban locations.
The QV complex features several towering office buildings, luxurious residential apartments, and a vast retail centre rivaling the scale and variety of Melbourne’s largest shopping destinations. The design and construction processes were notably intricate, blending diverse building systems, structural innovations, and architectural styles within the tight confines of the CBD.
