The RACV Club Corporate Headquarters was delivered as a landmark mixed-use high-rise development in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, completed in 2004. Designed to reflect RACV’s prominence and reputation in Victoria, the project combined premium office accommodation with world-class member and club facilities.
The 17-level building integrated five levels of exclusive club amenities, including opulent lounges, fine dining venues, bars, function and conference rooms, a health and wellness centre, swimming pool, spas, tennis and squash courts, a library, and cafés. The upper levels provided corporate office spaces, designed with advanced building systems, premium finishes, and adaptable layouts to support both RACV operations and high-profile business functions.
The project required careful integration of commercial, recreational, and lifestyle elements within a single vertical tower, demanding complex structural design, services coordination, and luxury fit-out works. Delivered to the highest standard, the RACV Headquarters remains a benchmark for multi-use corporate and club developments within Australia.
